We understand that finding the perfect sleep surface takes time. That is why we stand behind our quality standards and offer clear return and replacement protocols.
If your item is eligible for replacement due to discomfort or defects, a pickup will be scheduled. Upon receiving and inspecting the initial item, the replacement will be dispatched. A processing or logistics fee may be applicable based on your region.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days following a successful return inspection.
