Coverage

Our mattresses come with a comprehensive 10-year local warranty covering manufacturing defects, abnormal sagging (greater than 1.5 inches and not caused by improper foundation support), and physical flaws in the foam or core material.

What is Not Covered

• Normal variations in fabric color or texture.
• Natural body indentation (less than 1.5 inches).
• Damage resulting from improper use, lack of an adequate bed frame, or inadequate foundation.
• Physical abuse or damage including burns, cuts, or liquid stains.

Making a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team. You will need to provide the original proof of purchase and photographs showing the issue. Our inspection team will assess the claim and determine the most suitable resolution.

Mattress Care Instructions

• Rotate Regularly: For the first six months, rotate your mattress 180 degrees every two weeks. Afterwards, rotate it once every two to three months.
• Use a Mattress Protector: A high-quality protector prevents moisture and dirt from reaching the ticking.
• Proper Support: Ensure your bed base provides adequate and uniform support across the surface of the mattress.
